Some of us are wanting to go digital to be able to use game share and not have to insert a disc every time, although if your like me living in Australia where digital games are much more expensive than the disk based copy, this is not really worth it. So I've been thinking, what if Microsoft made a system where gamers could register a disk to their account. This would mean you couldn't play the game without being logged into the account its registered to (or in the same family), but it would also mean the game can function like a digital copy. If you decided you wanted to sell your copy of the game later, you could simply deregister it from your account, meaning the disk goes back to functioning like any other disk based game, and you can no longer play the game without inserting the disk. I'm not sure how hard it would be to implement, but to me it seems to be a great way to get the best of both worlds.
